On ‘Crown of Clay,’ MI Abaga and Vector speak to the heart of blackness. Vector and MI Abaga, Nigerian rap OGs and contemporaries, agreed to bury their hatchet and collaborate on a roadmap that will describe the face of Nigerian Hip-Hop for years to come in the second quarter of 2020.

They worked together on the historic 2020 Hennessy Artistry campaign and starred in The Conversation, a three-part documentary series. They will now work on the 2020 Hennessy VS Class as well as other projects.

But, more importantly, something that was impossible to do during the impressive ‘King Kong (Remix)’ run, as well as the Choc Boiz run, has finally occurred. With a reference to a crown made of clay, the song empowers the black race to return to its true essence of existence.
