The news was revealed by an Instagram user who said that the rapper is wearing a fake Rolex watch.
Medikal has shocked most of his fans as Medikal has been tagged as one of the richest rappers in the scene. He is known to possess expensive assets and yet managed to buy a fake Rolex watch.
In recent photos he shared on his Instagram, the rapper was said to have travelled to the USA to buy some expensives clothes, pieces of jewelries and sneakers.
Well, he has not come out to react to these allegations yet.
